Prince Albert Daily Herald A scholarship is being set up to honour the late Victor Thunderchild, centre./Carlton Photo Club The passing of counsellor and teacher Victor Thunderchild last weekend due to COVID-19 has led a group of friends and colleagues at Carlton Comprehensive High School to try to find a way to honour his legacy.
