Court date set in TIF lawsuit against City of Paducah PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) -- A court date is set in a lawsuit against the City of Paducah over its proposed Tax increment financing district for it's City Block Project. On Friday, McCracken County Circuit Judge Tim Kaltenbach set a briefing schedule and hearing date for the case to be argued.
