So one thing we're keeping an eye on is a deadline. in just about an hour is when a judge has told house democrats they have to respond to an appeal by the justice department. the doj is fighting an earlier court ruling that cleared the way for democrats to get their hands on hundreds of pages of grand jury documents from the mueller investigations. if democrats get their way and a stay is lifted, the deadline to turn over the materials is set for wednesday. our own pete williams, you can see his byline is keeping an eye on this. we'll have more throughout the day. we also have more on what ou...
