Alexander Jay, 40, was arrested in March after he allegedly pushed Kim Hayes down the cement steps at the Chinatown-International District station near downtown.

Alexander Jay, a 40-year-old homeless man in Seattle, is getting paid $250 per day from Washington state until he gets admitted to a mental health facility for treatment.

"I do feel if gets let out, he will kill someone."

Alexander Jay was ordered to undergo inpatient treatment for 90 days after he was found incompetent to stand trial. However, the state couldn't find him help.
