Mosque shooter Bissonnette can apply for parole after 25 years, Supreme Court rules
OTTAWA — The Supreme Court of Canada says Alexandre Bissonnette, who went on a deadly shooting spree at a Quebec City mosque, can apply for parole after 25 years behind bars.
