Proposal of head office tax system for SMEs in EU
The European Commission proposes a Directive establishing a Head Office Tax system for micro, small and medium sized enterprises with the aim to simplify tax obligations of standalone SMEs operating in other EU Member States exclusively through one or more permanent establishments.
