Two dialysis patients living in Wicklow have welcomed changes to the Covid-19 Vaccine Allocation Strategy which will see them receive their vaccinations earlier than expected. A Covid-19 vaccination centre for north Wicklow is expected to be established at the former Charlesland Golf Club in Greystones, according to a source within the Department of Health. The second location in County Wicklow is understood to be the Arklow Bay Hotel. Vaccinations at the sites could begin as early as next month, the source said. Criteria for the centres includes that they be equipped with broadband and parking, so that they can upload an online registration system.
