The family of a 16-month-old toddler was severely traumatized after their blind child almost died and may have had difficulty walking due to his foot being filled with Intravenous Fluid (IV), allegedly left unchecked by the Starship Hospital for seven hours. The family is seeking legal advice after being declined support from the ACC.
