The victim, who was attacked Thursday night, has not been identified and no one has been arrested. It was the second murder in the subway in the past week.
- Jesse Nathaniel Charles Andreason (born 1979) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed $200 in victim surcharges for uttering threats, breaching probation and breaching a release order. Andreason was in custody for 24 days prior to sentencing. - Ronald Dale Collin (born 1974) was sentenced to 60 days in jail for possessing a firearm without a licence or registration, improper storage of a firearm, possessing stolen property under $5,000, break and enter, to 37 days for assaulting a peace officer, to 30 days for assault and to 15 days for breaching an undertaking. Colln was also sentenced to one year probation on the counts and issued a five-year firearms prohibition on the firearms counts and was in custody for 12 days prior to sentencing.
