Texas tax preparer pleads guilty to defrauding the Internal Revenue Service
Little Rock — A Dallas area tax preparer pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) after his participation in a scheme that rerouted more than $11.5 million that was intended to benefit farmers who had been discriminated against.
