Amber M. Kellogg AMSTERDAM — Three more arrests were made in the stabbing incident at the Fastrac store on Market Street Saturday. Amber M. Kellogg, 27, of Amsterdam was charged with obstructing governmental administration; Robert W. Green, 26, of Amsterdam, was charged with second-degree harassment; and a 13-year old female, who was charged with obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest.
