HAMPTON A man who live-streamed from town hall complaining his rights were being violated because he wasn t allowed to go to the second floor due to COVID-19 restrictions, frightened town employees but did nothing illegal.  
The Feb. 1 incident resulted in a few town employees emailing Selectman Mary-Louise Woolsey telling her they were terrified of the lunatic who went into the town office with his camera.
Woolsey wanted to know why selectmen were never notified by town management and why town police did not take him somewhere and throw him.
No idiots should be allowed in, Woolsey said.  
Town Manager Jamie Sullivan addressed the incident for the second time Monday night saying at no time was any town employee in danger.  ....
