Citroen has launched a modified version of its electric Ami city car, designed specifically for use as a compact courier van for the urban landscape.  It’s called the Citroen My Ami Cargo and it’ll go on sale in France this June, with prices starting from €6,490 (around £5,600), including a €900 subsidy from the French government. Based on the Ami, the My Ami Cargo is a purpose-built delivery vehicle that is designed to deliver small packages over short distances in urban areas. While the model looks like your typical Ami on the outside, the interior has been revised for cargo hauling duties. In particular, the passenger seat has been removed and replaced by a modular cargo box that provides 9.2 cubic feet (260 liters) of storage space and can hold up to 309 lbs (140 kg) of weight.
