Er staan dan weliswaar 8 miljoen woningen in Nederland, er is nog steeds een tekort van zo'n 300.000 huizen. Splits ze op, luidt het advies uit meerdere onderzoeken. Maar buurtbewoners zitten helemaal niet te wachten op gesplitste huizen in de straat vol jongeren. "Je hebt vooral in de avonden vaak feesten. Dan zie je ze van dakterras naar dakterras lopen."
