March 16, 2021 Pothole on Gulu-Nimule road The Shs 89 billion Gulu-Atiak-Nimule highway has developed at least 89 potholes, six years after it was commissioned in 2015. The road which spans 106km from Gulu city up to Elegu Town Council connects Uganda to South Sudan.
