Chulin-Carpenter to be Formally Charged
By Mike Leischner Amy Chulin-Carpenter NEKOOSA, WI (WSAU) â Amy Chulin-Carpenter, the woman accused of shooting a Nekoosa man earlier this month, is expected to be formally charged Thursday in Wood County. The 50-year-old is set to appear in court at 1:30, according to online court records. Officers say she was intoxicated when she shot and injured a 63-year-old man inside a home on Cranmoor Road.
