For Brooklyn Park, new state grants could revitalize Anne Arundel's 'forgotten area'
Titled the "Baltimore Regional Neighborhoods Initiative" or "BRNI," it focuses on capital projects like streetscapes and renovation programs in a somewhat "infrastructure out" approach to rebuilding communities in decline and Brooklyn Park was recently declared eligible for some of the $3 million worth of funds for next fiscal year.
