This is the time to rebuild our infrastructure. what i wish some of these hawks would understand is that we can't have a strong country unless we have a strong economy. we can't have a strong economy unless we have a good way to get our people to work, to get our businesses to be able to deliver goods and services in their supply chains, to bring goods and services from other countries, from other countries to our own. it takes a modern infrastructure to do that. our own engineers give us a failing grade in some categories and a barely pass aiing grade i others. that's not good enough. america...
