Judge releases Dixon mother of newborn twins
Judge Carlos R. Gutierrez on Monday tells Patricia A. McCleese, 33, of Dixon, convicted of three fraud counts in April, that she will serve out her revised sentence in Solano County Jail if she violates probation.
