The team behind Marylebone restaurant OPSO and the Athens based two Michelin-starred restaurant Funky Gourmet are converting their Pitta Bun venue in Soho into a new live-fire restaurant. Called INO, the restaurant will open on 24 May and will be inspired by the dining culture of classic tavernas across Greece with a menu centred on the traditions of the Greek charcoal psistaria grill.
