Belarus, Russia draft sci-tech development strategy for Union State
Belarus and Russia have developed a science and technology development strategy for the Union State, First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Science and Technology of Belarus Andrei Kosovsky said during the joint meeting of the Presidiums of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and the Russian Academy of Sciences.
