Police responded to report of shooting, found body By Dan Schere | January 20, 2021 A man has been charged with killing a man with whom he shared a home in the Hillandale area of Silver Spring. Andre R. Moore, 21, has been charged with killing 40-year-old Michael Sutton on Monday in a home in the 900 block of Balmoral Drive, police said in a press release on Tuesday. Moore and Sutton shared the home, police said. Officer Rick Goodale, a police spokesman, wrote in an email to Bethesda Beat that Moore and Sutton weren’t related, but he didn’t know what their relationship was.
