CHESHIRE Police has issued a second appeal within 12 hours for help to find another missing teenager. Caine O’Brien, 16, is believed to be in the Runcorn area and has not been sighted since 11.20am on Saturday. Caine is around 5’8” tall, of a medium build with short mousey brown/dark blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a black and grey bubble jacket with a red trim around the hood, black combat trousers and black Nike trainers with a red tick.
