Code of honor — Costa Mesa enforcement officer, Shalimar native comes full circle
Growing up in Costa Mesa's Shalimar neighborhood, Andy Godinez relied on city-run after-school programs and sports to stay out of trouble. Now, as a code enforcement officer, he hopes to give back to the city.
