Share it UPDATE: January 22, 2021: Francesca’s won court approval of a deal to sell itself to TerraMar Capital and Tiger Capital following an auction for the retailer in Chapter 11, according to a securities filing. TerraMar has committed to keeping at least 275 Francesca’s stores open, the fashion retailer said in a press release. The parties expect the transaction, which includes $18 million in cash for Francesca’s, to close by the end of January.
