Former FBI official pleads guilty to receiving bribes related to Pocatello data center, falsifying tax return
POCATELLOÂ â Former Federal Bureau of Investigation official James Heslep, 51, of Gainesville, Virginia, pleaded guilty to receiving a bribe by a public official and making and subscribing a false federal income tax return, U.S. Attorney Bart M. Davis announced today. Heslep pleaded guilty to a two-count criminal information filed in connection with his plea agreement. Sentencing is set for March 17, 2021, before U.S. District Judge B.
