Motorist alleges car dealership display blocked view, causing collision
Gleeson BELLEVILLE — A motorist claims she crashed into another driver who turned in front of her on Camp Jackson Road because a Cahokia Motors car display obstructed her view. Anessia Brown filed a complaint Jan. 27 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court against Amaira Burner and Cahokia Motors Inc., alleging negligence. Brown alleges in her complaint that she was traveling East bound on Camp Jackson Road in St. Clair County on Jan. 30, 2019.
