The Oregon Ducks won the men’s distance-medley relay Friday at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Oregon’s relay team of Reed Brown, Xavier Nairne, Charlie Hunter and Cooper Teare posted a meet-record time of 9 minutes, 19.98 seconds. That was just half a second off of Oregon’s collegiate record of 9:19.42 set earlier this season, and ahead of second-place Mississippi’s time of 9:20.75. It was good for the No. 2 collegiate time on the all-time list.
