The dog was taken by Animal Control officers and later put down.
The Winnemucca Police Department says that on Feb. 24, they were dispatched to Bridge Street for reports of dogs dragging a child in the street.
The homeowner said he has bite marks all over his body and is unsure if he’ll be able to use one of his arms again because of the damage caused by the dogs.
