JAMMU, April 29: The Anti Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) of Jammu and Kashmir arrested an interstate drug peddler from Punjab’s Kathgarh on Friday, after conducting a series of raids in Balchaur, Kathgarh and Nawashehar areas of Punjab.
