OTTAWA -- Charges against an Ottawa Valley server and bartender in connection to a 2017 car crash that killed two teens have been stayed. Ontario Provincial Police charged Ann Senack of Greater Madawaska Township in 2019 with two counts of criminal negligence causing death and two counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
