Apr 5, 2021 Virginia “Ginnie” Benedett, 96 of St. Clairsville, OH formally of Wheeling, WV, passed away Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Liza’s Place, Wheeling, WV. She was born in Wheeling, WV on February 16, 1925, the oldest of six siblings to the late Parker and Anna Rebic Spurlin. In addition to her parents, Ginnie was preceded in death by her husband, Ted; son, Ted, Jr.; siblings, Samuel, Parker, and Richard Spurlin; her baby sister, Betty Lee Spurlin and Jo Ann Manion.
