THE Manila Times recently published an article titled Is Japan being reckless in its unilateral decision to dump contaminated wastewater into the sea? (July 8, 2023) by Prof. Anna Rosario Malindog-Uy. I would like to address some concerns regarding the inaccuracies in the article and its portrayal of ALPS-treated water.
In the fake sale deed, which was inserted in the deeds of 1951, all 12 properties were sold to Antonia Francisca Pereira Diniz through a single deed of succession prepared in Nov 1951; senior citizens Nevis de Souza and Anacleto Vincent Monteiro, co-owners of property bearing Survey No. 39/6, are fighting the battle to get back their ancestral land
