European markets upbeat as UK economy grows

It comes after Liz Truss on Thursday seemed to blame the market sell-off on Vladimir Putin’s war in Ukraine.
The pound has managed to recover ground and London’s top index was in the green after slumping earlier on Wednesday.
The FTSE 100 ended the day 20.8 points higher, or 0.3%, at 7,005.39.
