As per a judgment of UP RERA dated June 26, 2023, there were complaints that the promoter M/s Ansal API was illegally selling some of the areas in the high-tech township without registering the same with the UP RERA.
The authority has prohibited Ansal API from creating any third party interests or making any transfer/sale by way of a registered sale deed or agreement or MOU or through any other instrument of any area in any of its projects registered with RERA or of the area not registered with RERA.
