Ken Gallant, 71, was taking pills for anxiety and sleeping, but ultimately weaned himself off the medication because of side effects and concern about addiction. A new study is trying to offer alternatives to seniors on sleeping pills.
Ken Gallant was taking medication for sleeping and anxiety when he had a scary experience driving on a busy street that ultimately led to him losing his license.
