Cape Town businessman Mark Lifman and some of his co-accused made a routine pre-trial Western Cape High Court appearance in connection with the murder of convicted steroid smuggler Brian Wainstein.
The third person to be killed ahead of a massive alleged gang murder case had charges officially withdrawn in the Western Cape High Court on Friday after he was shot dead in his car earlier in October.
