A Texas-based developer is seeking an amendment to Southington’s zoning codes in hopes of building a mixed-use apartment complex along West Street. Anthony Properties, which lists an address in Dallas, is petitioning the town’s planning and zoning commission to alter regulations pertaining to the “mixed use transition zone” where the prospective site is located, near the corner of West and Curtiss streets.
