Major cities including some of the busiest travel hubs are buried under heavy snowfall and getting blasted by these fierce wind gusts. and then there are the dangerously cold temperatures. well below zero with the windchill in many places. even without the chind windchill it's pretty darn cold. we're covering the story from all angles today. our correspondents are in boston and the streets of new york as well as at laguardia airport and at airports in washington, as well. let's first go to boston. this is the city that's probably been hit the hardest in the country. margaret conley is there. >...
