Lifelong Montrealer Susan Kahn has dedicated her career to helping people who experience thrombosis, from those diagnosed with cancers to young women that are pregnant or taking the contraceptive pill and experiencing deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or pulmonary embolism (PE).
