The Tempe City Council voted Monday to spend $10.7 million on purchasing the Pollack Apache Center for a low-income housing project.
Tempe city leaders have approved a plan to purchase the Apache Pollack Center for $10.7 million. The city said they plan to turn the three-acre property into a mixed-use development with affordable housing units.
