We need examples set at the highest levels of leadership in this country to demonstrate to men and women there are consequences for offensive behavior towards women. we have not seen that. we don't see it. and in fact the general over all we have seen men pay very little price. and i think ultimately any man in a position of leadership, whether that's incorporate america or in the united states senate, has no business serving as a role model for the nation if their own behavior is not appropriate. and in this case it was deeply offensive. i don't believe it was criminal. but it doesn't matter....
