Animal rights campaigners said on Thursday they had "rescued" three lambs from slaughter on a farm on King Charles III's Sandringham estate in eastern England.

A Norfolk farmer neighbouring Sandringham estate has said the activists who stole three lambs should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
They were warned their stunts, which raised animal welfare fears and caused costly damage, would destroy any public sympathy they had.
