A THIRD of people in Warrington have now received two doses of a coronavirus vaccine, figures reveal. NHS data shows that 58,346 people had received both jabs by May 9 – the equivalent of 34 per cent of the population aged 16 and over. Of those to have received both jabs, 51,889 were aged 40 and over, which translates to 47 per cent of the age group. MORE than a quarter of residents across Warrington have now received two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine. The latest NHS data shows 49,106 people in the town had received both jabs by May 2 – the equivalent of 29 per cent of the population aged 16 and over. Of those to have received both jabs, 42,233 were aged 45 and over, equating to 43 per cent of the age group. It means that 6,873 people aged between 16 to 44 have received both doses. A QUARTER of Warrington residents have received both doses of a Covid-19 vaccine, the latest figures reveal. NHS data shows that 42,823 people in the town had received both jabs by April 25, which calculates as 25 per cent of people aged 16 and over. NEARLY two-thirds of people in Warrington have received their first dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, according to the latest figures. NHS data shows that 110,492 people had received a first vaccine jab by April 18 in the town, which calculates as 65 per cent of those aged 16 and over. Of those vaccinated, 80,871 were aged 50 and over – 98 per cent of the age group. It means 29,621 people aged between 16 to 49 have received a first dose of the vaccine.
