Civil Societies Ask Nigeria's Minister Of Works, Fashola To Protect Whistleblower Who Exposed Employment Fraud
The coalition of civil society organisations working to promote transparency and accountability in Nigeria has called on the Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, to protect a whistleblower, Richard Oghenerhoro, who exposed an alleged employment scam in the ministry. In a letter addressed to the Minister, the heads of the coalition called on him to ensure full protection of the whistleblower by reversing the punitive postings and ending the various acts of intimidation and assault against him by some staff of the ministry.
