>> that seems like an easy if you have fix. >> i'm not sure that's what happened. you certainly see a lot of isis forces taking on the weapons and the ammunitions left behind. i think it's a distribution problem. again, that's a part of command and control. you have to take the logistics you receive and make sure the soldiers get them. i don't know what exactly happened on the ground ifn that particular case. but bullets weren't enough for cars driving into the cities even the bulldozers you can't fight those off with aq-47s. you have to have larger caliber weapons. that a part of the problem....
