In the NoBroker Annual Real Estate Report 2023, Bengaluru registered a maximum demand for RTMI properties. Over, 88% chose for RTMI and 5% opted for under construction and the rest 7% opted for plots. While Chennai reported 84% of demand for RTMI, and Delhi at 78% , Hyderabad with 84% , Pune at 81% and Mumbai also showed high demand with 90% for RTMI properties.
