Arrest made in double fatal Belmopan traffic accident
Police have formally arrested and charged 40-year-old Armando Pastrona of Belmopan for two counts of manslaughter by negligence, two counts of causing death by careless conduct, driving without due care and attention, driving motor vehicle with alcohol concentration above the prescribed limit, negligent wounding, negligent harm, and failing to give way to a motor vehicle when changing direction.
