Partial CCC recognised for phased projects
Kota Kinabalu: Partial Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) for mixed development projects or for any phased developed project with different phases completed over different periods by a Principal Submitting Person (PSP) who is Professional Architect, Professional Engineer, or a Registered Building Draughtsman is recognised under the new Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL) 2022.
