Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit has warned Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann that he could recommend President's rule in the state and initiate criminal proceedings if his letters are not answered. Purohit expressed his dissatisfaction over not receiving any response from Mann and indicated that he could send a report to the President regarding the "failure of constitutional mechanism."
